As an artist of contemporary romantic realism in painting and drawing, my art carries high aesthetic standards and techniques that bring meaning, beauty, and stylization to contemporary subject matters. Perhaps being a refugee helped shape my imagination in art. I always strive to produce deeper meanings or aesthetics of the ordinary and find the beauty, hope, and freedom in everything I create. My work transcends mere representation. My paintings invite viewers into an intimate dialogue with nature and reveal profound connections with the human spirit. The art is a blend of technical precision and emotional resonance, which allows me to create works that are as intellectually stimulating as they are visually captivating. Each piece is a carefully crafted narrative that invites viewers to step into a world where the boundaries between the observer and the observed dissolve, and what’s left behind is a lingering sense of deep connection. Although I use a variety of mediums, from oils and acrylic to graphite, oil paintings comprise the majority of my collection. My process begins with an idea and emotion.
